Influenced by his father’s lifelong career as an investment broker, Steven decided early on to carry on his father’s legacy of helping hard-working people work toward their financial goals. After graduating from Michigan State University (1986) with a B.A. in Economics, Steven began his career as a registered investment broker. Pursuing higher education in his field, Steven earned the Certified Financial Planner® certification in 1992 from the College for Financial Planning. Tarah is a third-generation financial advisor at Stifel. She is dedicated to listening to your goals, concerns, and needs, and based on your unique situation, she will create a customized financial plan through Stifel’s financial planning resources. She offers professional wealth planning services including investment planning, education planning, retirement planning, and estate planning strategies. Her mission is to guide families across multiple generations as they navigate through each stage of life, and she is committed to providing high-quality service to her clients.
Prior to joining Stifel, Tarah worked for home appliance manufacturing giant Whirlpool Corporation, where she helped drive supply chain optimization and profitable market share growth for major brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, and JennAir. Tarah is a two-time Spartan and earned a B.A. in Supply Chain Management and an MBA from Michigan State University. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Outside of the office, Tarah enjoys running and is a seven-time All-American in track and cross-country. Every July since 2009, she has participated in a 300-mile relay race across Michigan that raises money for the Michigan Special Olympics.
